After sailing 60,000 miles over three years, and visiting more than 23 countries and territories and 150 ports, Hokulea returned home to Hawaii on June 17, 2017. The voyaging canoe will depart Oahu on Wednesday, August. 16, for the first time since arriving home to begin the Mahalo, Hawaii Sail. It is due to arrive at Honolua Bay on Maui at 4 pm on August 17.
