I.     AGM creates an opportunity for you to build a consistent, predictable income with AGM qualified leads, lead generation, support, training, and systems.

 

  1. The real estate market is prone to swings from high season to low season, and sometimes to no season it seems. And, while we are not immune to those swings we consistently provide a flow of leads every month of the year.
  2. Our brokers are available to discuss strategy and provide support to you with unique or tricky transactions. We always look at ways to create learning opportunities whenever possible. We have been through hundreds of transactions and reviewed hundreds more contracts. I'm sure we haven't seen everything, but we've see a lot.
  3. If you are a lifelong learner, you're in the right place. KW is the premier training company in the world. In addition to all of the excellent training from KW, AGM is a Ninja office. Check out ninjaselling.com if you would like to know more. Oh, and if you are not a lifelong learner, your may want to consider other companies or teams.
  4. Real estate is complicated enough all by itself. So we use systems to make it easier and more predictable. Easier because our CRM helps you track, organize and communicate with clients. We also provide you with transaction management service. You are still responsible, but someone else is going to handle the paper.

II.   AGM reduces your cost of doing business by paying for all advertising, marketing, materials, copies, office and meeting space (no desk fees), website and internet presence, farming and an established, well-known brand.

 

  1. Advertising is expensive. When money is tight or when you get busy it is hard to be consistent, and you may not be an expert in marketing. Lee is an expert, and we have a full-time marketing manager to make sure all of the marketing is executed on time.
  2. Showing is better than telling, as most people are visual. So, we have materials for you to use at open houses and for meeting with clients to help illustrate your points. 
  3. We also have a place for you to meet with clients. No more meeting at Starbucks where your clients may not be at ease surrounded by a bunch of strangers. 
  4. You don't have to build and maintain a website or use one of those "template" sites that looks like everyone else's site. You'll have your own bio and photo on a website that does more than just let a client search for property, although it also does that very well. There are articles and descriptions and blogs to inform and educate buyers and sellers.

III.  Leads and lead generation - AGM will provide leads from:

 

  1. Existing database of "leads"
    • We've got leads that haven't been touched in a while. They could probably use a little warm up
  2. Leads from referrals to AGM
    • We attend conferences on the mainland every year and make contact with Realtors for potential leads.
    • We regularly follow up with those Realtors to make sure they remember us.
    • We have a database of over 2,000 contacts, including our clients, who refer business to us.
  3. Open House leads
    • We literally built our business on open houses. But, you can't sit open house if you don't have a place to sit. With the number of listings we have, we almost always have properties sitting empty waiting for someone to open them up.
    • If you think open houses don't work, we have training and a system for that. 
  4. Online leads
    • We have programs in place to generate leads form Zillow.
    • We can increase or decrease our spending on key words to drive traffic to our website. Once a customer hits the website, they can run a few searches and they they are forced to register.
    • All of our online and direct mail marketing is designed to drive people to the website.
    • We have high ranking pages that people regularly view.
    • We spend what it takes to get prime spots on MauiNow.
  5. Farm calls
    • This is a new program we are carefully implementing. We don't want to annoy people, and if we deliver value, we'll get a "thank you" instead of "don't call".
