We hope everyone had a good Easter weekend!

If you've ever been to Kauai, then you know there are chickens and roosters everywhere. The story goes they escaped during Hurricane Iwa in 1982 and Hurricane Iniki in 1992 and very shortly populated the island (have you heard the saying "breed like rabbits"). Maui, it seems, especially lately, is hosting an ever growing population of chickens...and as the roads have emptied, the roosters have claimed their territory.
