Lahaina, Maui, HI – April 7, 2016 – Aloha Realty Group and KW Island Living (a Keller Williams Realty Franchise) have reached an agreement to merge. Lee and Barbara Potts, owners of Aloha Realty Group, and Colette Ching, Operating Principal, and Lisa Teichner, Principal Broker and Team Leader of KW Island Living, announced that they have reached terms for a merger of the two companies.
Potts stated, “ARG (Aloha Realty Group) has always been a learning based company. ‘Competence and Confidence’ are part of our core values.” He added, “the breadth and depth of training, technology, business systems and models that KW Island Living brings to current and future agents can’t be matched anywhere by anyone. Aloha Realty Group’s focus has always been on our community, our clients and our agents. We also believed that our group of ARG agents would be the most productive group on Maui. ARG was founded in Lahaina in 2009 during one of the worst real estate cycles in history. From 2009 through 2015 the company grew in size and numbers. In 2015 ARG grew over 50% over 2014 in both number of transactions and sales volume with agents in Lahaina, Kihei, Haiku, Wailuku and Kahului.
