This is our favorite time of year; the weather is a balmy 75 degrees (and maybe even cooler at night!), there is a slight tropical breeze in the air and the whales are here! And even if we don't see any spectacular breaches, we at least see a spout or two each day.
Not to be forgotten however, are the Hawaiian Monk Seals. We were lucky enough to see a couple sunning themselves on the beach a few days ago. They pretty cute creatures! Just remember, they follow the same rules as COVID...stay about 6 feet away.
We'd love to see any pictures or videos you have of Maui wildlife, so feel free to send them our way!
Also, if you've missed a few of our "Vitamin Sea" emails, click here to see them on our blog. |
