Kamaole Sands Community

Kamaole Sands is a condominium complex that sits on 15 acres of beautifully maintained Hawaiian tropical foliage, waterfalls and ponds and is directly across from renowned Kamaole Beach Park III in Kihei.

Kam III is the most popular of the three Kamaole Beaches, it has a large parking lot (which you won't need since you're right across the street), restrooms, BBQs, a large grassy area and playground for the keiki and a stretch of beautiful sandy beach. There is a regular break that is great for body boarding, and a plethora of marine life if you enjoy snorkeling.

Kihei is a popular destination on Maui, has several grocery stores, a variety of restaurants and plenty of shopping, most of it along the main drag. It is easily accessible to Kahului, and all the amenities (Costco, Target, Krispy Kreme and the airport). 

If you're a golfer, there are 7 courses just a short drive away - including Waiehu Golf Course (the oldest course on Maui, which opened in 1920), Maui Nui Golf Club, The Dunes at Maui Lani, several Wailea Courses and a variety of other beautiful fairways.

Kihei is a beautiful 45-minute ocean-side drive to the West Side of Maui, where you can explore more of what Maui has to offer and see how the "otherside" lives. 

Kamaole Sands has one, two or three-bedroom condos, each individually furnished, with a full-size kitchen and a private lanai. Each unit has one reserved parking space, and access to a beautiful pool, with a large deck for enjoying the sun away from the sand, a keiki pool and two jacuzzis. There are 10 BBQs on property for those nights when you want to stay in.
